At Medsoft we assure you of unsurpassed commitment in our work, and un-compromising quality in our services. We assure you of total confidentiality of the patients records and the patients demographic information. To ensure this we have in place a virtual private network with Firewalls, data encryption, password logons, with no anonymous user logon and strictly follow the "need-to-know- information policy.

The governing rule for access to information at Medsoft is on a "need to know" basis only.   

Each employee has an identification batch (electronic key) and has a physical key to gain access into the building. To prevent unauthorized access every employee is given a unique password to log onto the system. Access to the Internet is restricted to a select few through the Widows NT based Proxy Sever which provides the level two password encrypted logon. Accesses to organization’s records are forbidden to all employees.

As an additional security measure floppy drives and CD-ROM drives on every workstation have been removed. And we have in place security guards who patrol the premises around the clock.
