Immediate openings at Medsoft 

Medical Transcriptionist:  Bangalore, Mysore, Coimbatore, Goa (Level I - Level II - Level III) 

Experience:                  Minimum 1 Years experience for Level I. 

6 Months Formal Training - 6 Months production. Interprets & transcribes dictation of all Medical Record Types: HP/OP/DS/CON/Clinic notes/office notes Etc. Accurately transcribe the Basic Four - H&P, Cons, DS, including Operative Reports - as well as other hospital dictation from time to time at a minimum of 350-400/lines/day or 10,000 min lines per pay period for Level I qualification.

Minimum 2 Years experience for Level II. 

Accurately transcribe the Basic Four - H&P, Cons, DS, including Operative Reports - as well as other hospital dictation from time to time at minimum of 400-600/lines/day or 12,000 min lines per pay period for Level II qualification.

Minimum 3 Years experience for Level III 

Accurately transcribe the Basic Four - H&P, Cons, DS, including Operative Reports - as well as other hospital dictation from time to time at minimum of 600-800/lines/day or 14,000 min lines per pay period for Level III qualification

Experience:                   Minimum 3 Years

A Proofreader edits or “proofs” the reports transcribed by Level I & Level II Transcriptionists who have a lower than 98% accuracy rate or a report with doubts that have been sent to “proof”. These reports are proofed and the respective Transcriptionist is notified personally of the “Hold for Quality” classification and the reasons are clearly stated.  Following notification, the Proofreader will closely monitor reports for one or more weeks with frequent communication and education during the entire process. Accurately proof all the Basic Four - H&P, Cons, DS, including Operative Reports - as well as other hospital dictation from time to time at minimum of 1000-1200/lines/day or 20,000 lines per pay period for Level I qualification.
