Medsoft India was founded in February 1999. MedsoftUSA was registered in California, in October 2000. The company provides a comprehensive Internet
based health care solution integrating hospitals, payors, dentists, and pharmacies in the
United States, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And to eventually be a part of the
health-care industry involved in providing integrated electronic data interchange (EDI)
services between hospitals, payors, dentists and pharmacies.
 The present office facility occupies 15,250 sq. ft in a well designed, air-conditioned space at
a prime location in the city of Bangalore in South India. The company presently has 150 Work Stations, a video conference room with net-conferencing capability, an updated
library (with a CD-ROM / DVD server), a staff room, and a training room. The interior space
evenly distributed over three floors well designed to accommodate 300 work stations and to
operate around the clock.
It has ample power supply with an auxiliary-power-generation unit in the basement. Network
stability is maintained by a 75Kva uninterrupted power supply unit. It has a kitchen and
dining room on the terrace and a game room in the basement for the benefit of our
employees. The company provides health insurance, pension plan and assists in the
relocation of its employees.
