Medsoft India was founded in February 1999. MedsoftUSA was registered in California, in October 2000. The company provides a comprehensive Internet
based health care solution integrating hospitals, payers, dentists, and pharmacies in the
United States, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And to eventually be a part of the
health-care industry involved in providing integrated electronic data interchange (EDI)
services between hospitals, payers, dentists and pharmacies.
MedsoftUSA is privately held, with regional
facilities at Bangalore & Mysore
Som Marappa, a former President of the American Institute of
Architects, South-East, Alaska Chapter, and Nanda Kurkigowdara, both Architects by profession
are the main points of contact in the US. They serve on the board as President &
CEO, and COO.
